We LOVE helping our customers! In fact, we view ourselves as Customer Service specialists that just happen to be experts in Insurance.  Opened in 2006, we have earned numerous honors and awards, including:

  • Best Insurance Agency award winner in South Shore the in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, & 2014 (2014 was the last year of this Community Award)
  • Premier Service Agency for 8 consecutive years
  • Regional Champion award winner for 5 years
  • Chairman’s Circle award winner in 2012

Although awards are nice, the reason we value these are because they are based on Customer Feedback rather than just being sales awards…feel free to review our customer feedback as well.

So, who is it you’re talking with when you call or stop by our agency?  Here is a quick background on us…


Joel Meek – Agent/Owner

Originally from Tennessee, Joel completed his Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1998.  Following college, he accepted an analyst position for a local trucking company.  After two years, he began his insurance career as a Financial Analyst for Allstate Insurance in Nashville, TN.  A few years later, he was moved to Allstate’s corporate office in Northbrook, IL, where he served as a Financial Manager & Consultant.  In 2006, he and his wife (Irma) moved to Florida to open All Bay Insurance Group.  Joel and Irma currently reside in Ruskin, FL with their two children (Amelia and Brody).

Joel is an active resident and supporter of the South Shore community.  He is an active member and Deacon at Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Apollo Beach.  He served as the 2012 President of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, 2012 Vice Chairman of the South Shore Round Table, Treasurer and Member Benefits Chair of the South Shore Young Professionals, and is an active member of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Houston, TX, Taylor and her family moved to Apollo Beach in 2009. She graduated from East Bay HS, where she played volleyball, and she is now a volleyball coach with the Hurricane Volleyball Academy. In addition to volleyball, she loves kayaking and enjoying Disney World. She loves the Rays, while she still holds tight to her TX roots as a fan of the Houston Texans and University of Texas (go Longhorns).

Taylor is like an insurance doctor. She helps diagnose and recommend the right policies and coverages for new clients. Whether you are new to Florida or just wanting to make sure you have the right options, Taylor does an awesome job of explaining what is available so you don’t experience surprises when having to make a claim.


Nancy Strong – Account Executive

Originally from Mississippi, Nancy moved to Florida in 1988 (living here locally since 2012). She has 2 daughters, 1 son, and a dog (Chloe). She loves enjoying the beach, taking long walks, and yoga. She is an active member of The Crossing Church and actively participates in their Outreach functions.

Nancy knows insurance, having been in the industry since 1993. Providing solid guidance and making sure you get the best coverage for your money is her expertise!



Mona Keyes – Customer Service Representative

Having grown up in Staten Island, NY, Mona moved to Louisville, KY in 2004. After living there for 13 years, she made her way down to Florida. She is married and has 3 dogs. They love riding bikes, and heading to the beach (with the dogs). Italian food and cake are her favorite foods (who can disagree with those options 🙂

Mona has been in the insurance industry since 2013 and is our lead Customer Service Representative. Whether you need to update your policy or have a question, Mona will be the one to take great care of you.



KathyKathy Moore – Agency Administrator

Originally from Missouri, Kathy moved to Florida in 2017. She resides in Apollo Beach with her husband (Greg) with their 4 dogs. She has 4 children and loves doing Zumba and enjoying Toasted Coconut Ice Cream (yum!).

Kathy helps keep all of our ducks in a row at the office in terms of Administration processes and documents. She is also the person who initiates our Pre-Renewal process, where we review each policy to make sure the coverages are updated and the price is the best available.
